Angelica (Angelica archangelica) in
Norwegian called Kvann has a long history in Norway. The
use can be trased back to the vikings. From the 16th
century angelica has a sentral place in both school medicine and
folk medicine. The herbal garden includes many other historical
food and medicine herbs. Some of them are used in the café.
